We’ll arrange a time to talk and get to know you - your goals, challenges, and what kind of support will suit you best.
Fill Forms
If you're happy to proceed, we’ll send you everything you need: a consent form, service agreement, with any steps clearly explained.

Advise NDIS
You’ll need to nominate North Star Support as your Support Coordinator through the NDIS. Once confirmed, we can officially begin.
